Nine connections, one direction
Outscoped tells your other tools what happened. It never asks for your conversations, your contacts, or your marketing data. Disconnect any integration and its access is removed immediately.
Sending a proposal creates the contact and an opportunity in the pipeline and stage you choose. Signing moves it to your signed stage and records the value.
Creates the contact and logs the proposal as a deal as it moves from sent to signed.
Creates the contact and logs the proposal as a deal, updated when the client signs.
Creates a draft estimate from the signed proposal, ready to convert into an invoice.
A new row every time a proposal is sent, opened, or signed. Your pipeline, in a spreadsheet.
A message in the channel you pick the moment a proposal is signed.
Follow-up reminders go out from your own Gmail address, so replies land in your inbox.
Reminders send from your own Microsoft 365 mailbox instead of an Outscoped address.
A signed JSON POST to your own endpoint on every proposal event, plus API access for anything custom.
How the CRM sync works
Outscoped creates or updates the contact and adds an opportunity to the pipeline and stage you selected. No duplicate data entry.
The same opportunity moves to your signed stage with the proposal value recorded. No duplicate opportunity is ever created.
Each company authorizes its own account and chooses the mapping. Credentials are encrypted, scoped to your account, and deleted when you disconnect.
Building and sending proposals, the bidding calculator, and the full Scope of Work editor are on every plan. Growth ($59/mo) adds the connections, view tracking, webhooks, API access, and sending from your own email.
